A program record 14 members of the Hobart College football team earned a spot on the 2015 Liberty League All-Academic Team. The previous high-water mark was 13 shared by the 2009 and 2014 Statesmen.
To be eligible for all-academic honors, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore academically and have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.2 through the end of the 2015 spring semester. The following Hobart players earned a place on the team:Â

Liverio, Hartigan, and Zulia are making their third consecutive appearance on the team, while O'Connell, Testani, and Cunningham are making their second straight appearance.
Earlier this year, O'Connell and Cunningham were named to the
2015 CoSIDA Academic All-District Team. O'Connell is a two-time Academic All-District selection.
Hobart finished the season with a 7-3 overall record, including a thrilling, last-second upset of then No. 25 St. Lawrence. The Statesmen went 5-2 in league play and finished just a game out of first place.
