Nadler Williams competed in 10 national championship regattas, appearing on the podium five times and finishing in the top 10 on nine different occasions. She also won the Ady Symonds ’96 Most Valuable Sailing Award as a junior and a senior.

As a first-year, Nadler Williams made her first two appearances on the national stage. Serving as crew, she helped HWS finish fourth in the team race national championships. Nadler Williams followed that up with a seventh place finish in the coed dinghy championships. Along with Ed Norton ’04 and John Cline ’03, she placed seventh in B Division.

In 2004, Nadler Williams competed in all three spring national championships in Cascade Locks, Oregon, on her way to earning her first All-American recognition. The Colleges tied for first with an 11-6 record but lost the head-to-head tiebreaker. HWS posted its biggest improvement in the coed dinghy, jumping onto the podium. Nadler sailed in A Division, placing fifth.

As a junior, Nadler Williams helped HWS secure its first two sailing national championships. After finishing in a tie for first the previous year, the Colleges went 13-4. On the final day of the championship, Nadler Williams helped the team go 4-1 to put an exclamation point on the national championship. Three days later, she helped the Colleges capture the ICSA/Gill North American Coed Dinghy Championship. Nadler and Trevor Moore ’07 left B Division in their wake as they finished first with 83 points. In addition, Nadler Williams helped HWS win the America Trophy and the Prosser Trophy. Following the year, she was named an All-American Crew for her efforts.
