Cutter placed in the top 14 in four events at the 2008 Liberty League Swimming and Diving Championships, including a third place showing in the 500-yard freestyle. She posted a personal best time of 5 minutes, 25.3 seconds in the 500 free. Cutter also finished sixth in the 200 free (2:02.59), 12th in the 100 breaststroke (1:13.99), and 14th in the 100 free (56.63).
