Duffy led the Herons to the Skidmore Sprint Invitational championship with three individual victories. Her first triumph came in the 50-yard breaststroke, where she posted a time of 33.30, 0.08 seconds ahead of the runner-up from Vassar. Duffy's second win came in the 50 freestyle. She touched the wall in 26.03, just ahead of teammate #Mimi Mahoney# (26.92). Duffy completed her hat trick in the 100 individual medley, logging a winning time of 1:04.39, more than a second ahead of the second place swimmer.
