James led Hobart to a third place finish in the Flower City Invitational. James went 3-0 at fourth singles, prevailing in straight sets against RPI and gutting out three-set wins against Roberts Wesleyan and Rochester. He also teamed with Bruce Grant to win No. 1 doubles against the Yellowjackets 8-6.
