DiCenzo was named the Liberty League Tournament MVP after leading the William Smith defense to shutouts of St. Lawrence and Skidmore. The Heron defense did not allow a shot on goal in the 4-0 semifinal win over the Saints. On Saturday, the Herons allowed the Thoroughbreds to put just one shot on goal, which DiCenzo cleared off the goal line to preserve the shutout.
