Marpet turned in a dominant performance in his first collegiate start, a 31-0 win over Dickinson. One of four new starters on Hobart's offensive line, he helped the Statesmen gain 264 yards rushing and 135 yards passing without allowing a sack. Marpet was credited with a dozen pancake blocks against the Red Devils.
