Blanding helped the Statesmen extend their winning streak to seven games by averaging 12.3 ppg, 6.0 apg, 3.3 rpg, and 1.7 spg. In wins over Union, Skidmore, and RPI, he sported an incredible assist-to-turnover of 18-to-1. On Tuesday, Blanding scored a team-high 16 points, logged a game-high five assists and made a pair of steals in a 67-59 win over the Dutchmen. On Friday night, he came within three points of a double-double, finishing with seven points and a career-high matching 10 assists as Hobart moved into first in the league standings with a 66-56 win over the Thoroughbreds. Blanding closed out the week with 14 points, four rebounds, three assists, and two steals in a 50-46 win over the Engineers. He provided the margin of victory against RPI, scoring Hobart's final 4 points to break a 46-all tie in the final two minutes. For the week, Blanding shot 50 percent from the floor and 85 percent at the free throw line.
