Morrison notched her second double-double of the season while leading William Smith to a 52-44 win over Ithaca last week. She scored a team-high 15 points on 7-of-16 shooting and a 1-for-1 effort at the free throw line. Morrison collected a game-high 13 rebounds and blocked a season-high four shots. It's the most blocked shots by a Heron since February of 2014. William Smith dominated in the low post, holding a 38-24 edge in points in the paint, a 10-6 advantage in second chance points, and a 53-36 rebounding edge. Heading into the semester break, Morrison leads the team in blocked shots (9) and steals (11) and is second on the team in scoring (11.3 ppg) and rebounding (8.1 rpg). In fact, she has more blocked shots than any three of her teammates combined.
