Aslanian scored a team-high eight goals, including both overtime game winners, to lead the
Hobart lacrosse team to victories over Canisius and Wagner. On Tuesday in Buffalo, he accounted for five of Hobart's eight goals in an 8-7 double overtime win over the Golden Griffins. The Statesmen entered the fourth quarter trailing Canisius 6-3, but Aslanian scored three times in the frame, the last with 28 seconds remaining in regulation to tie the game and force overtime. With 1:09 gone in the second extra period, Aslanian's career-high fifth goal sent Hobart home a winner. He's the first Statesman to score five goals in a game since March 1, 2014. At Wagner on Saturday, Aslanian scored three times, netting the game winner in the 1:08 into the third overtime, ending the longest game in Hobart lacrosse history. He is one of only three Division I Statesmen to score more than one career overtime goal and the only first-year to accomplish the feat.
