Carter guided the HWS sailing team to a win at the Susan Rogers Memorial Regatta over the weekend. Serving as skipper in A Division, Carter along with first-year Emily Lorimer finished the weekend with 33 points, six ahead of second place Dartmouth. Carter and Lorimer finished in the top-10 in all 10 races in the division and posted three victories, winning the final two races on Sunday.
