Hobart and William Smith Colleges Athletics

Hobbs guided the Hobart and William Smith Colleges sailing team to a first place finish at the War Memorial Regatta this past weekend. It was the first time that the Colleges captured the MAISA fall coed Championship since 2003. Serving as skipper, Hobbs finished first in A Division with 37 points, 25 ahead of runner-up Georgetown. He sailed with sophomore Kyle Easton in races 1-6 and junior Lindsey Kloc in 7-12. They finished in the top-10 in all 12 races, winning four.
