Connal made a season-high 34 saves  in Friday's victory over then No. 3 Trinity, including the final 27 shots he faced. With the win, he improved to 4-1-1 in goal this season. Connal, who was named the NEHC Goalie of the Week and to the D3hockey.com Team of the Week, is sporting a 1.81 goals against average and a .931 save percentage. He is second in the conference in goals against average, save percentage and win percentage (.931).
