Salmon stopped 86 of the 90 shots she faced in goal for the Herons this past weekend. She limited No. 3 Elmira, who came into the weekend averaging over five goals a game, to four goals on the weekend. On Saturday, Salmon made a season-high 50 saves as the Herons skated to a 2-2 tie with the Soaring Eagles. On senior day, she made 36 saves in a 2-1 OT loss. Salmon is second in the UCHC and eighth in the nation with a .950 save percentage. She is second in the conference and 19th in the nation with a 1.55 goals against average.
