Montgomery led the Herons in ground balls, draw controls and caused turnovers in a 2-1 week for William Smith. She notched eight ground balls, 14 draw controls and seven caused turnovers on the week. Montgomery had a season-high five ground balls, six draw controls and five caused turnovers in the Herons' 10-4 win over Union on Saturday. The five caused turnovers against the Dutchwomen are tied for third most on the Heron single game list. On Friday she notched two ground balls, a caused turnover and three draw controls in a 6-2 win over RPI. In Monday's loss to No. 3 Salisbury, she had five draws, a ground ball and a caused turnover. In seven games, Montgomery has a team-high 13 caused turnovers. She is second on the team with 17 draw controls and 14 ground balls.
