On Sunday, Dubrovsky became the first Statesman to win the ITA Northeast Regional Singles Championship since Hobart Hall of Famer Adam Schapiro '96 won the Rolex Intercollegiate Tennis Championship in September of 1995. Dubrovsky clinched the regional championship with a 7-6 (7-5), 2-6, 6-4 triumph over Rensselaer's Sebastian Castillo-Sanchez. Dubrovsky's run to the singles championship match took him through five Liberty League opponents, including top seed and defending champion JT Wynne, who he defeated 6-4, 7-5 in the semifinals. Dubrovsky then teamed up with Walker Anderson to win the Doubles Championship on Sunday evening. They defeated Stevens Institute of Technology's Brian Szayana and Marc Feliu Gomez 6-2, 4-6, 6-2 in the championship match. The first four rounds of the doubles draw were played in eight-game pro sets. Along the way, Dubrovsky and Anderson defeated a pair of Rensselaer doubles teams, one from The College of New Jersey and one from RIT.
