Tulchinsky won the CCOC Championship by 4.7 seconds over teammate Josh Wasserman on Saturday. Tulchinsky covered the 8-kilometer course in a winning time of 27:47.9. He joins two-time CCOC Champion Ben Flanagan as the only Statesmen to win the CCOC title. Tulchinsky's victory was the first for a Hobart harrier since Oct. 31, 2009.
