Carter helped William Smith finish second out at the MAISA Women's Fall Championship on Cayuga Lake over the weekend. Serving as skipper in A Division she finished second with 38 points, three behind George Washington. Carter sailed with first-year Sarah Smith and sophomore Bridget Lawless. They finished in the top three in seven of the 10 races.
