Carraway finished third at the Carl Van Duyne MAISA Men's Singlehanded Championship in Annapolis, Md., this past weekend. With his finish, Carraway earned a spot at the College Sailing Singlehanded Nationals in Santa Barbara, Calif. Carraway compiled 83 points on the weekend, finishing in the top 10 in 11 of the 14 races. He won the sixth and 12th race. Carraway qualified singlehanded nationals for the second straight year. He is the first Statesman since Sam Blouin '12 to advance to singlehanded nationals in back-to-back years.
