Haeffner rushed for a season-high 146 yards and two touchdowns in Hobart's 35-3 win over St. Lawrence. His season-high rushing effort came on just 12 carries, averaging 12.2 yards per carry. Haeffner accounted for 38 of 80 yards on the Statesmen's first scoring drive, taking the ball into the end zone from 6 yards out. His second TD came on the first play from scrimmage of the second half, taking the handoff 69 yards to the house. Haeffner has only once rushed for more yards in a game, gaining 200 against the Saints last season.
