Late in the second half, Hayes took charge to set up the game-winning goal in Hobart's 2-1 Liberty League win over Hamilton on Saturday. He broke away from the Hamilton defense in the 83rd minute, beat one defender and drew the Continentals' goalkeeper off his line. Hayes crossed the ball to #Michael Moulton# for a wide open shot from about 3 yards out. Hayes leads the team and ranks fifth in the Liberty League with five assists.
