Carraway finished second in a field of 41 sailors at the 2021 LaserPerformance Men's Singlehanded National Championship this past weekend. He finished the weekend with 58 points, 14 behind the winner. Carraway was in the top 10 in 13 of the 14 races contested on the weekend. He posted three victories and was in the top three eight different times. His finish was the best by a Statesman since Trevor Moore '07 was second in 2006.
