Montgomery was preseneted with the 2021 Winn-Seeley Award for her achievements in service, leadership, athletics and academics. The Liberty League Defensive Player of the Year, Montgomery led the Herons with 37 caused turnovers and 54 ground balls. She was second on the team with 54 draw controls.  A three-time first team All-Liberty League selection, Montgomery had at least one caused turnover in every game this season. She had a season-high five caused turnovers in William Smith's 12-8 win over RIT. Montgomery broke her own Heron single game record, winning 12 draws at nationally-ranked Brockport. A four-time All-American selection, Montgomery graduates holding William Smith's career record for draw controls (233) and caused turnovers (120). She also holds the Herons' game and season (93) draw records.
