Dedicated on April 13, 2001, the Raleigh-Foley-Kraus Varsity Strength Training Center is a state-of-the-art weight room for the exclusive use of the Colleges' student-athletes. The facility also enhances the sports medicine staff's rehabilitation capacity. The RFK Center is located in Bristol Gymnasium.

The RFK Center honors the generosity and loyalty of three Hobart legends: Dr. Robert Raleigh '73, Jeremy Foley '74, and James Kraus '74. During his collegiate career, Raleigh was a standout in football and lacrosse and was inducted into the Hobart Athletics Hall of Fame in 1995. He is currently the managing partner of Pathsight Predictive Analytics. Foley, also a football and lacrosse player, is the director of athletics emeritus at the University of Florida. He was inducted into the Hobart Hall of Fame in 2018. Kraus, who played football and lacrosse as well, is currently president/domestic television distribution of Carsey-Werner Television Distribution.

In 2015, substantial improvements were made to RFK, including new Ultra-Tile flooring complete with inlaid platform lifting stations with custom Hobart and William Smith athletic logos and new polyurethane dumbbells with stainless steel handles, each with a custom Hobart and William Smith logo. The renovations to RFK were made possible by gifts from Foley, Kraus and Gordon Sweely '86. Since then, the RFK Center has undergone several rounds of significant enhancements, including new lifting racks and updated equipment with HWS branding. The 2023 expansion and upgrades were made possible by the Heron Society and Statesmen Athletic Association.
