Dedicated on Oct. 25, 2003, the Bozzuto Boathouse is named in honor of Charles Bozzuto, father of the project's lead donor, Thomas S. Bozzuto '68. The Bozzuto Boathouse houses the Colleges' nationally ranked sailing team and also benefits the Outdoor Recreation Adventure Program.

"My father taught me two very important things: the value of an education ... and to always appreciate the water," Thomas Bozzuto said at the dedication ceremony. "This boathouse helps to accomplish both by opening up the waterfront and providing access for students, who I hope will have as much pleasure learning here as I had."
