ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa. -- The William Smith College soccer team lost its second game of the Blue Jay Classic, 3-0, to the College of New Jersey. In the team's first game of the Classic on Saturday, the Herons defeated Nazareth 2-1.

William Smith trailed 1-0 at halftime today.

Sophomore Leah Cornwell (Wheatland-Chili/Scottsville, N.Y.) made seven saves in 75 minutes, while senior Leslie Khachadourian (Guilderland/Albany, N.Y.) played the final 15 minutes.

The Herons return to action on Sept. 11 and 12, when they host the Heron Cup. William Smith will open the weekend on Saturday against NYU at 11 a.m.
