NEW HAVEN, Conn.--The William Smith College squash team finished third in the Walker Cup (C Division) of the Howe Cup national championship this afternoon at Yale University. The Herons defeated Wesleyan University 5-4 for 19th place overall in the four division event.

Sophomore Sarah Coffin (St. George's School/Bryn Mawr, Pa.) won all three of her matches this weekend. William Smith ends the season with a 10-9 record, marking the third time in five varsity seasons that the Herons have posted a winning record.
