February 23, 2003PRINCETON, N.J.—The Hobart College squash team finished fourth in the Hoehn Trophy (B division) of the College Squash Association Team Championships at Princeton University this weekend. The Statesmen lost to Amherst 6-3 for a 12th place finish overall in the five division tournament, two places higher than the previous year.
Hobart advanced to the semifinals with a 5-4 victory over Bates College, but were unable to move into the finals, losing to eventual Hoehn Trophy champion Brown 7-2. The Statesmen finish their season at 10-7.
