GENEVA, N.Y.—The 15th-ranked Hobart squash team ran its record to 11-6 with a dominating win over visiting Colgate this evening at the Dr. Frank P. Smith ’36 Squash Center. The Statesmen won all nine positions by the same 3-0 score.
Hobart’s most convincing wins came in the No. 3 and No. 9 spots. In the third spot, junior Andrew Scott (St. George’s School/Dorset, Vt.) defeated Pete Van Roden 9-0, 9-0, 9-0, while first-year John Keating (Mainland/Linwood, N.J.) duplicated those scores in a defeat of Ben Fishel at No. 9.
The Statesmen return to action at 11 a.m., on Feb. 7, when Navy visits the Smith Squash Center.
