GENEVA, N.Y.--The William Smith tennis team lost to the visiting College of New Jersey Lions this afternoon, 9-0. The loss drops the Herons' record to 10-9, while the Lions, ranked 12th in the latest ITA Northeast rankings, improve to 14-2.

TCNJ won all three doubles matches by the same 8-1 score, while all six singles matches were decided in straight sets.

William Smith hosts its annual season-ending tournament on April 24-25. This year's edition will be held at Cortland State due to the UCAA Men's Tennis Championships at Hobart and William Smith on the same days.
