Box Score ROCHESTER, N.Y.—The William Smith College soccer team dropped another close match tonight at Rochester. The Yellowjackets came out on top 1-0 to improve their record to 2-0-1 overall, while the Herons drop to 1-2.

Rochester scored the only goal of the game in the 60th minute. William Smith had a chance to tie the game in the 85th minute, but could not get past the Yellowjackets’ defense.

Senior goalkeeper Nikki Dudley (Chittenango/Chittenango, N.Y.) recorded seven saves for the Herons.

William Smith returns to action on Sept. 10 when it hosts Elmira at 2 p.m.
