CORTLAND, N.Y.—The William Smith tennis team swept Cortland State, 9-0, on its home courts this afternoon. With the win, the Herons improve to 8-7 on the season.

Chelsea Rauck, Tara Ware, Meghan Kelley, Samantha Schraeter, Shari Damon, and Cory Turner earned the singles points. Rauck's win was her fifth straight in singles play.

Rauck/Ware, Kelley/Katie Campbell, and Schraeter/Turner posted the doubles victories.

William Smith will play its final dual match of the season on April 25, when the Herons travel to Ithaca for a 4:30 p.m. match.
