Box Score ROCHESTER, N.Y.--William Smith junior Jamie Tucciarone (Clinton/Clinton, N.Y.) scored the lone goal of the match to lift the ninth-ranked Herons to a Liberty League victory over Rochester at Fauver Stadium tonight.

Tucciarone's second career goal came in the 49th minute on a scramble in from of the Yellowjackets' cage. The unassisted score spoiled the career-high 16-save performance of goalie Rachel Cahan.

William Smith (7-0, 3-0) had an excellent chance to crack the scoring column in the first half, but Cahan saved a penalty stroke to temporarily keep the match scoreless.

Junior goalie Katie DeKraker (Staples/Westport, Conn.) earned the shutout for the Herons with four saves.

William Smith dominated the stat sheet, especially in the second half. The Herons outshot Rochester (5-3, 1-2) 20-6, including 15-3 after the intermission. William Smith also took 10 penalty corners to the Yellowjackets' four.
