Sophomore goalie
Max Silberlicht allowed just two goals, while recording 11 stops in 57 minutes of action to earn the win, while senior defenseman

Mike Lazore sent a low shot past the keeper for a 2-1 lead. Kirk closed out the first quarter scoring off an assist from Veltman.
Defense ruled for most of the second quarter, but senior
Nick Currie and sophomore

Hobart extended its run to seven unanswered goals with the first two tallies of the third quarter. Colburn, set up by Kirk, scored on the man-advantage midway through the frame. The assist gives Kirk 61 for his career, passing Mark Darcangelo '82 for 16th place on the all-time list.
