Broadwater now has 11 career shutouts, which also rank first in the Statesmen record books. Eleven Hobart players earned at least a point. First-year

Frank Salituro capped the second period scoring spree logging a power-play goal with 5:56 on the clock. Classmates

Bobby Hannah set up the play. Salituro now leads Hobart with 10 goals this season.
The Statesmen held a 37-34 edge in shots. Hobart went 1-for-7 on the power-play, and killed off all eight of Curry's power-play chances. Joe Dawson played the opening 32:44 in goal for the Colonels and stopped 20 shots. Derek Mohney came in for the final 27:16 and made 12 saves.
The Statesmen will be back in action tomorrow, Jan. 13 when they travel to take on Nichols at 4:10 p.m.
