Catherine Hare got the start for William Smith posting her fourth shutout of the year. Julia Hudson started in net for the Saints (3-6, 0-2) making six saves.
The Herons dominated the score sheet out shooting St. Lawrence 18-2 and gaining six penalty corners to none for the Saints.
William Smith returns to action on Wednesday, Oct. 1 when they host Ithaca in a non-league match. Game time is scheduled for 6 p.m.
