The Hobart College soccer team will hold its annual alumni weekend, Sept. 30-Oct. 1. The current Statesmen host Skidmore on Friday at 4 p.m., and then take on Rensselaer on Saturday at 2 p.m.

Former Statesmen will start Saturday with their annual alumni game on St. Clair Field at 10 a.m. Following the match, a postgame reception will be held at Eddie O'Briens beginning at 5 p.m.

The Statesmen bring a 3-3-2 overall record and a 1-0-0 mark in the Liberty League into this weekend's games. Senior

Zach Poretz lead the team with four points each, both recording two goals. Ten Statesmen have scored for Hobart so far this season. Sophomore
Alec Kaminer has seen the most time in goal recently. He's sporting a 0.72 goals against average, a .842 save percentage and a 3-0-1 record.

Skidmore brings a 3-3-1 overall record to Geneva. The Thoroughbreds are coming off a 1-1 double overtime tie with Vassar in their Liberty League opener last Saturday. Austin Okoye and Kevin Santos lead the team with eight points each. Okoye has notched four goals, and Santos has posted two goals and four assists. Derrick Yam has played every minute in goal. He's sporting a 0.97 goals against average and a .774 save percentage.

RPI enters the weekend with a 2-4-2 overall record. The Engineers open Liberty League play at RIT on Friday. Going into the weekend, Devon Baughen leads the team with six points on three goals. Ryan Nealon has played the majority of minutes in goal. He's sporting a 0.85 goals against average and a .739 save percentage.
