GENEVA, N.Y.—The William Smith College basketball team completed a Liberty League weekend sweep with an 82-39 victory over Bard College this afternoon. Junior forward
Kendra Quinn-Moultrie scored a season-high 14 points to lead the Herons.
Including Quinn-Moultrie, who was 5-for-5 from the floor with a pair of 3-pointers, William Smith (15-4, 9-1) had three players reach double digits in the scoring column. Senior forward
Mary Buck contributed a career-high 11 points and five rebounds. Senior forward
Krista Anken also posted a career-high with 10 points.
As a team, the Herons matched their season-high for points in a game while establishing new highs for field goals made (33) and field goal percentage (.589). William Smith's field goal percentage was the program's highest since establishing the current record of .614 at Elms in 1993.
Bard (0-17, 0-9) got a game-high 15 points from senior center Annie Kissel. The Raptors shot 28 percent from the field for the game. After shooting 39 percent in the first half, Bard cooled off in the second half, managing just three field goals and a .136 success rate.
The Herons never trailed, needing less than five minutes to build a 10-point lead and sporting a 31-12 advantage at the end of the first quarter. William Smith led by as many as 28 in the second quarter and took a 51-30 advantage into the locker room at halftime.

William Smith will be back in action on Friday, Feb. 3, when the Herons host St. Lawrence (7-11, 4-6) at 6 p.m. Bard returns home to host Rensselaer (6-14, 1-10) on Tuesday, Jan. 31 at 6 p.m.
