William Smith is ranked 10th in the nation in goals against average (0.31) and win percentage (.923). The Herons are also 13th in Division III in shutout percentage (.692).

The Herons travel to Vassar for a Liberty League game on Saturday, Oct. 21, at 2 p.m. The Brewers are 8-3-3 overall and 4-1-1 in the conference. Ashley Ferry leads the team with 20 points on seven goals and six assists. Fiona Walsh has played the most minutes in goal. She's sporting a 0.76 goals against average, an .833 save percentage and five shutouts.

William Smith will then play at Farmingdale State on Sunday, Oct. 22 at 1 p.m. The Rams are 9-5-2 overall. Farmingdale takes on Western Connecticut State tonight and Sarah Lawrence on Saturday before facing the Herons. Taylor Howard leads the team with 21 points on 10 goals and an assist. Daniella Ford has played the most minutes in goal. She has a 1.12 goals against average, an .805 save percentage and two shutouts.
