GENEVA, N.Y.—The Hobart College football team will make its 2018 Boswell Field debut on Saturday, Sept. 8, when the Statesmen welcome the Morrisville State College Mustangs to campus. Kickoff is scheduled for noon.
General admission tickets are $5 for adults, $2 for children under 12. The game will be broadcast live on WEOS-FM (89.5/90.3) in the Geneva area. Fans can also follow the action online with All-Access Video and Live Stats.
Hobart opened its 125th season at then No. 6 Brockport last week. The Statesmen lost to the Golden Eagles, who reached the national semifinals last season, 56-7. Hobart was limited to just 124 yards of offense while giving up 583. Junior quarterback

Jared Leake share team-high honors with seven tackles apiece.
Morrisville opened its season last week as well, traveling to Norwich. The Mustangs left Vermont with a 34-13 victory, rolling up 474 yards of offense. Senior quarterback Brandon Gwinner (22-31-0) threw for 316 yards and four TDs and senior running back Nick Edmond ran for 113 yards on 22 carries. Junior linebacker Taylor Avanzato led the defense with seven tackles.
Saturday's game will be the first meeting between the two programs.
