Hobart heads to Cortland for NY Bowl

The Hobart College football team will make its 12th postseason appearance and first in the New York State Bowl at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23 at SUNY Cortland. The annual game between the Liberty League and Empire 8 will be played at SUNY Cortland Stadium Complex.
 
Tickets for the New York State Bowl are $5 for general admission. Admission is free for children 12 and under as well as Cortland and Hobart and William Smith students with a valid ID.
 
The game marks the 14th gridiron meeting between Hobart and Cortland with the Statesmen leading the series 7-6. It's the second straight postseason game in the series, as Hobart prevailed 23-22 on Boswell Field in the first round of the 2005 NCAA Division III Football Championship.
 
The game will be broadcast live on WEOS-FM (89.5/90.3). Fans can also track the action online with live stats and streaming video on cortlandreddragons.com.
