The top-ranked William Smith College soccer team will travel to Rochester on Saturday for a non-conference contest. The game against the Yellowjackets is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at Fauver Stadium.

Seneca Blakely-Armitage leads the Herons with five points on two goals and an assist. Both of her strikes have been game winners. Juniors

Amanda Kesler has played every minute in goal. She is 4-0-1 with a 0.19 goals against average and a .909 save percentage. Her four shutouts this season are a career-high. Kesler leads the Liberty League and is 12th in the nation in GAA.

Rochester brings a 4-1-0 overall record into Sautrday's game. The Yellowjackets are coming off a 5-2 victory over St. John Fisher last Saturday. Madison Drenowatz leads the team with 13 points on six goals and an assist. She has three game-winning goals. Carolyn Richards leads the team with two assists. Emma Schecter has played a majority of the minutes in goal. She is 4-1-0 with a 0.68 GAA and an .850 save percentage.

Saturday's game will be the 46th meeting between William Smith and Rochester. The Herons hold a 24-15-6 edge in the series. William Smith holds a slight 8-7-4 advantage in Rochester. The Yellowjackets won last year's meeting 2-1. Rochester scored in the 24th minute to take a 1-0 lead and then scored again 54 seconds into the second half.
Megan Barwick '19 scored for William Smith. Kesler made four saves in 90 minutes of action.
