GENEVA, N.Y.—The William Smith College swimming and diving team finished first in three events, but it was not enough to top RIT as the Tigers left Bristol Pool with a 186-58 victory.

Tessa Yohan and
Mackenzie Eldridge won events for the Herons, who wrap up the dual meet portion of their schedule with a 4-2 record.
On senior day, Mullin touched the wall first in the 100-yard backstroke. She stopped the clock at 1:01.57, 14-hundredths of a second ahead of RIT's Quincy Cerchini. Yohan and
Leanna Smith finished first and second in the 200 butterfly. Yohan turned in a time of 2:26.58. Yohan added a second-place finish in the 100 butterfly, finishing in a time of 1:04.88 and a third-place finish in the 200 individual medley. Feldridge won the 1-meter diving competition, turning in a score of 151.60.
Phoebe Huey and Audrey Wallach were double winners for RIT (6-2). The Tigers won the first three events of the meet and never looked back. Hue finished first in the 50 freestyle and the 500 freestyle while Wallach won the 200 breaststroke and the 200 IM.
William Smith will be back in the competition pool Feb. 16-19 when it heads to Ithaca, New York for the Liberty League Championships.
