The Hobart and William Smith Colleges swimming & diving teams will host St. Lawrence and Oswego on Saturday, Nov. 12. The meet is set to begin at 1 p.m. in Bristol Pool.

William Smith (4-1) is coming off an extra week's rest after defeating Utica 129-78 on Oct. 28.

Tessa Yohan each won two individual events for the Herons. William Smith also won the 200-yard medley relay and the 200 freestlye relay against the Pioneers.

Yohan continued her early season success, winning the 200 individual medley (2:26.99) and the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:09.47. Raiti won twice on the 1-meter diving board with scores of 141.7 (five dives) and 164.6 (six dives), while Emanuel won the 100 freestyle (58.07) and the 200 free with a time of 2:08.82.

Hobart (0-5) fell to Utica 90-33 on Oct. 28. First-year
Daniel Barrientos headlined the Statesmen action, winning twice on the 1-meter diving board. Hobart returned to the relay events for the first time since 1993, taking second place in the 200 freestyle relay, with a time of 1:47.8.

Barrientos won both diving events against the Pioneers, posting scores of 183.5 (five dives) and 280 (six dives).
Tillman Washington,
Jameson Ardis,
Avi Rajkarnikar and
Joseph Foster manned the second-place relay team and look to continue playing crucial roles in the Statesmen's first season back as a varsity team.

The St. Lawrence women's swimming & diving team is 2-2 on the season and coming off back-to-back Liberty League wins over Clarkson. The Saints' men's team is 0-4 after falling to Clarkson twice in league action. Oswego's men's and women's teams are both 0-2 heading into Saturday's meet, falling to Oneonta and Clarkson earlier this season.
