GENEVA, N. Y.- The Hobart College swimming and diving team competed at home today falling to Oswego and St. Lawrence despite strong performances from first-year Daniel Barrientos.
The Statesmen had their fullest lineup yet this season, competing in the 50, 100, and 200 yard freestyle events as well as the 3-meter and 1-meter diving board events.
Daniel Barrientos continued to dominate, winning both his events on the day. He accumulated 292.20 points for his 3-meter dive and 243.25 points for his 1-meter dive. His 3-meter performance beats his score from Ithaca of 287.20. Tillman Washington also competed in the 1-meter dive, scoring 100.45 points.
In the 200-yard freestyle Joseph Foster placed 4th with a time of 2:16.00. In the 100-yard freestyle Jameson Ardis also finished 4th, stopping the clock at 1:08.53.Â

Hobart will compete in Rochester, December 2-3 at the Don Richards Invitational.  The Invitational is set to start at 4 p.m. on Friday and resume at 9 a.m. on Saturday.
