The Hobart College soccer team will host Skidmore on Saturday, Sept. 24 in a Liberty League contest on Cozzens Field. This weekend will serve as the Statesmen's annual alumni weekend.

The weekend will start with an alumni golf tournament at Geneva Country Club on Friday. Former Statesmen will play their alumni game on St. Clair Field on Saturday at 10 a.m. Before the game, there will be a tailgate at the North End of Cozzens Field. The current Hobart team will take on Skidmore at 2 p.m. Postgame, there will be a reception at Eddie O'Brien's.

Fans who cannot make it to Cozzens Field can follow all the action with Live Stats and HWS All-Access Video. The game will be broadcast on WHWS-FM (105.7 in Geneva).

ABOUT THE STATESMEN:
- Hobart brings a 3-2-1 overall record and a 0-1-0 mark in conference play into the weekend. The Statesmen are looking to bounce back from a 2-0 loss at RIT on Tuesday.
- Nolan Fierro, Quinn Phillips and Brian Sheehan share the team lead with five points each. They all have two goals and one assist.
- Connor Koschineg has three assists.
- In goal, Christian Burkhart has a slight edge in playing time. He is 2-1-0 with a 0.50 goals against average and an .800 save percentage.

ABOUT THE THOROUGHBREDS:
- Skidmore is 3-1-2 overall this season. Saturday's game will be the conference opener for the Thoroughbreds.
- Skidmore beat Ramapo 5-1 on Wednesday night.
- Kamal Ibrahim leads the team with seven goals and 14 points. Finn Weber has a team-high three assists.
- Bobby Stratts has played every minute in goal. He is 3-1-2 with an .875 save percentage and a 1.00 GAA.

- Saturday's game will be the 31st meeting between Hobart and Skidmore. The Statesmen hold an 11-8-11 edge in the series, including a 6-2-7 record on Cozzens Field.
- Hobart won 1-0 last year in Saratoga Springs, New York.
