COACHES CORNER
Â
"I was looking forward to seeing how the Herons would respond after a tough week of work down in Florida," said Head Coach
R.C. Weston. "We had one goal for this meet and that was to show up with energy and see what we could do in the pool. That goal was accomplished and even though we fell short of getting a win, we've seen a shift in our mindset as we near the homestretch of our season. We had some lifetime and season best performances at the meet, which shows that we're moving in the right direction."
