The top-ranked Hobart hockey team returns to The Cooler this weekend, Nov. 15-16, when it welcomes UMass Boston in for two New England Hockey Conference contests. Friday night's game will start at 7 p.m. Saturday's puck drop is scheduled for 4 p.m.
 
Hobart is 4-0-0 overall with a 2-0-0 mark in NEHC play. The Statesmen are coming off weekend sweep of Vermont State Castleton in Vermont. On Friday night, Hobart won 3-1. Senior Matthew Iasenza led the Statesmen with a goal and an assist. On Saturday, Hobart shut out the Spartans 3-0. Junior Mavrick Goyer stopped all 19 shots on goal for his 10th career shutout.
 
UMass Boston enters the weekend with a record of 0-3-0, including a 0-2-0 mark in league play. Last weekend, the Beacons were swept by Salve Regina.

• Iasenza leads Hobart with six points on two goals and four assists.
• Junior Tanner Daniels and sophomore Chris Duclair have three goals each.
