GENEVA, N.Y.—The Vassar basketball team caught fire in the second quarter on the way to a 99-54 win over William Smith in Bristol Gym today. The Brewers, who are receiving votes in the latest WBCA poll, shot 80 percent from the floor to break the game wide open.
Vassar had four players reach double digits led by Julia Harvey's game-high 29 points. Tova Gelb added 17 points, while Maureen Regan and Sierra McDermed chipped in 15 and 13 points, respectively. Harvey sank six of the visitor's 17 3-pointers in the game. Gelb notched a double-double thanks to a game-high 10 rebounds. McDermed dished out a game-high six assists.

Giana Lobozzo led the team with 11 points off the bench. Classmate
Amelia McCulley added 10 points. Sophomore
Ava Lobozzo grabbed a team-high six rebounds. The Lobozzo sisters shared game-high honors with three steals apiece.
