SCOUTING THE STATESMEN
- Hobart (3-9, 0-4 A10) is looking to rebound from a heart-breaking 11-10 loss to High Point last Saturday. The Statesmen trailed by four to start the fourth quarter, but closed to within one with 48 seconds remaining, but couldn't find the equalizer to force overtime.
- First-year Chris Patterson enters the game with a team-high 23 goals, one ahead of senior Anthony Dattellas. If Patterson can maintain that edge, he'd be the first first-year to lead Hobart in scoring since 2005 (Daryl Veltman '08).
- Graduate student faceoff specialist Adam Shea took all 24 faceoffs last week against the Panthers, who came into the game leading the A10 in faceoff percentage. Shea won 13-of-24 and corralled a game-high nine ground balls. He holds the Hobart career records for faceoffs won (635) and ground balls (400).
- Juniors Will Delano and Alex Rosa are first and second, respectively, in the A10 in extra-man goals. Delano has a league-leading six goals with the man advantage while Rosa has four.
- Since a slow start in February, sophomore goalie Elhanan Wilson has averaged 12.5 saves per game in March and April, posting a .515 save percentage over the past eight games.

SCOUTING THE BONNIES
- St. Bonaventure (1-10, 0-4) is coming off a 24-3 loss to nationally-ranked Saint Joseph's last Saturday. The Hawks raced out to a 16-0 lead before Cam Germain scored man-down to get the Bonnies on the board.
- SBU's offense goes through the trio of Jake Kucinski, Kellen Pulera and Patrick Shanahan. All three players have 21 or more points led by Kucinski's 25. Pulera leads the team with 22 goals while Kucinski and Shanahan share the team lead with eight assists.
- The Bonnies have struggled at the faceoff X, winning just 39.6%.
- It takes St. Bonaventure's top three players in ground balls combined to match Shea's A10 leading 82.
